Returns

You can return unwanted items up to 14 days after purchase:​

  • Items must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original condition (which means you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price + you haven’t used the product) 

  • Have proof of purchase​

  • All returns postage to be paid by the customer

  • Where applicable, please keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records

  • We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your way of handling them in a way which would not be permitted to be sold in a shop

Steps to Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will get back to you within 48 hours on the next steps.

  3. Pack it securely and send it back via a trusted postal service.

 

Please ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we are responsible for your parcel only when it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

We are unable to refund any postage charges and any refunds will go onto the original payment method used when you made your purchase. Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit-card statement.

How long will it take to process my return?

Processing time may vary. At peak times of the year, it can take up to 14 days to receive and process your refund from the date you send your parcel back to us. You will be notified via email has soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse. To check whether your item has been delivered to us, please use the tracking options provided by your chosen delivery service.

How do I exchange an item?

Please get in touch if you would prefer an exchange. All exchange must be claimed within 14 days upon receiving the item.
